Email luke@autoneer.ai for help with Bible Scroll. Include your app version, iOS version, and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or private Screen Time information.

Subscriptions and refunds

To restore access, open Bible Scroll Settings and choose Restore purchases using the Apple Account that purchased the subscription. To cancel or change a subscription, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reading sessions

Choose Start reading and a goal from 1–15 minutes. During a started session, the timer counts while Home or a reading tab is active. It pauses when the app is backgrounded or the phone is locked. To hide the reader countdown, tap it and choose Hide timer; tap the small clock to show it again.

App blocking

Screen Time permission is optional. After you authorize access and select apps, blocking begins at your scheduled time on selected days and ends when you finish your reading goal. Completing today’s goal keeps apps available until the next scheduled reading day; changing the schedule does not reset that completion. Start another session creates an intentional additional block. You can turn blocking off in your reading routine or revoke permission in iPhone Settings. A valid subscription is required for the app’s reading features; blocking is released when verified reading access expires.

Reminders

Notifications are optional. The Notifications switch in Bible Scroll Settings controls reminders at your scheduled reading time and completion alerts. Trial reminders are based on your subscription’s verified trial status. iPhone Focus and notification settings can affect delivery. Trial reminders use the verified trial end date.

Offline reading

Bundled translations and published Study notes can be read offline after purchase access is verified. New purchases and restores require a connection to Apple. Your saved verses remain on the device and do not sync through a Bible Scroll account.
